Why this exists
Small trades businesses run on paperwork done badly, late, at night. Not because the people are disorganised — because the tools are either free and useless or expensive and built for a company ten times the size.
Everything in this category is priced per user. That is fine until you hire, at which point the software gets more expensive at exactly the moment the money is tightest. It also assumes a signal, which is a strange assumption to make about people who work in basements, plant rooms and half an hour past the last tower.
So this is built the other way round. One flat price for up to ten people. A free plan with everything in it rather than a countdown. And an app that writes to your phone first and to the internet second, so a job finished in a crawlspace is still a job finished.

Separated at the database, not in the code
Every business’s records are isolated by the database itself, so one account cannot read another’s even if the application asks it to. That is a stronger guarantee than a filter in the software, because it holds when the software has a bug — and software has bugs.
Finalised documents do not change
Once an invoice is issued it cannot be quietly edited — corrections happen with a credit note, the way your accountant expects and the way an audit requires. Invoice numbers run in sequence with no gaps for the same reason.
Leaving is a button
Export your invoices, payments and clients whenever you like, in a format a bookkeeper can open. No notice period, no exit fee, no phone call to cancel. Software that is hard to leave has stopped trying to be worth staying for.
We do not sell anything about you
No data sold, no lead lists, no advertising network watching this site. This page has no third-party scripts on it at all, which is also why it loads instantly on one bar of signal.
What we are not building
A dispatch centre for forty technicians. A general ledger. A form builder. Multi-warehouse stock control. Every one of those is a real product that real companies need, and each one added here would make the app slower to set up and harder to use for the person it is actually for — someone who wanted to send a quote before they drove off.
Being clear about that is not modesty. It is the reason it takes ten minutes to set up instead of a fortnight.
