What a crew of five actually costs
Most job management software is priced per user, so the bill goes up every time you take somebody on. Here is the same five-person crew, on each product’s entry plan, at monthly billing.

The awkward questions
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire and it is not a cut-down version — offline working, tax handling, customer-facing quote links, all of it is in there. The only limit is five invoices a month and one person on the account. If that fits your business, stay on it for years.
What happens when I hit five invoices?
Everything you have already done stays exactly as it is, and you can keep quoting and running jobs. You will be asked to move to a paid plan to issue the sixth invoice that month. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
Do I pay more when I hire someone?
Not until you pass ten people. That is the entire reason the Crew plan is priced flat: software getting more expensive at the moment you take on staff is backwards, because that is the moment the money is tightest.
Which currency am I billed in?
The one for the country your business is in. Each price is set locally rather than converted from US dollars at checkout, so the amount on your statement is the amount you were shown.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel from inside the app, no phone call and no notice period. Export your data whenever you like, including after you leave.
What about tax on the subscription?
The price you see already includes any GST or sales tax that applies where you are — our payment provider is the seller of record and handles it. You get a proper tax invoice for it, the kind your accountant will accept without asking you a question.
